*Appointed term is 6 months duration: Summer term from April 1 to September 30; Winter term October 1 to March 31.

*Appoint or replace other Officers as needed to assure smooth operation of the club. 

*Appoint and initiate the Future President for smooth transition at the beginning of the new Presidency.

*Announce upcoming meetings, encourage attendance, and stimulate members to recruit future speakers.

*Greet guests and announce new members.

*Conduct meetings in good order and on schedule.

*Bear final responsibility that all Club needs are met.

*Serves as advisor to the new president as requested, and may substitute in the President's absence.

 

Treasurer:  Richard Wisland   (richfaith48@yahoo.com)

*Keep all club financial information, and report to members quarterly.

*Collect payments and pay bills, keeping club solvent.

*Coordinate an audit by another club member yearly.

*Encourage members to recruit speakers.

*Strengthen club membership by ensuring a wide variety of topics.

*Assist Host as needed to obtain Speaker's Bio, Topic,  A-V needs, and email address for coordination of details in planning.

*Assign the date and post it on the website.

*Book 8 weeks in advance if possible.

*Revise date assignments if necessary to accomodate difficulty with speakers' schedules.

 

Website and Zoom Manager:   Leslie Sharpe  (Leslie.a.sharpe@icloud.com)

*Maintain Website, schedule Zoom meetings, email links for meetings to all members.

*Maintain current, accurate Membership Roster and email address list.

*Announce new members by email.

*Assist Executive Team as needed with editing entries on their section of the website.

 

Members Hosting Speakers:

*Host is responsible to verify with speaker an avaiable date, and complete the scheduling form. All requested information is necessary for us to announce the speaker, arrange A-V needs, and to connect with Zoom attendees, share screen, etc. This is required by the Speaker Scheduler to assign a date.
