Ham&Eggs Club Officers
President: Barry Kelner
*Appointed term is 6 months duration: Summer term from April 1 to September 30; Winter term October 1 to March 31.
*Appoint or replace other Officers as needed to assure smooth operation of the club.
*Appoint and initiate the Future President for smooth transition at the beginning of the new Presidency.
*Announce upcoming meetings, encourage attendance, and stimulate members to recruit future speakers.
*Greet guests and announce new members.
*Conduct meetings in good order and on schedule.
*Bear final responsibility that all Club needs are met.
Past President: Jim Utt
*Serves as advisor to the new president as requested, and may substitute in the President's absence.
Treasurer: Rich Wisland
*Keep all club financial information, and report to members quarterly.
*Collect payments and pay bills, keeping club solvent.
*Coordinate an audit by another club member yearly.
Speaker Manager: Jim Utt
Assistants: Leslie Sharpe, Darrell Bertelson, Bill Sullivan
*Encourage members to recruit speakers.
*Strengthen club membership by ensuring a wide variety of topics.
*Assist Host as needed to obtain Speaker's Bio, Topic, A-V needs, and email address for coordination of details in planning.
*Assign the date and post it on the website.
*Book 8 weeks in advance if possible.
*Revise date assignments if necessary to accomodate difficulty with speakers' schedules.
Website and Zoom Manager: Leslie Sharpe
*Maintain Website, schedule Zoom meetings, email links for meetings to all members.
*Maintain current, accurate Membership Roster and email address list.
*Announce new members by email.
*Assist Executive Team as needed with editing entries on their section of the website.
Members Hosting Speakers:
Arranging interesting speakers is one of the most vital contributions to success of our club. Thank you for being an active member, and becoming briefly the face and voice of Ham and Eggs Club.
